We are Brian and Rachel! We are happy to have you here!

Meet Rachel: stay at home mom, introvert, loves a good book, a blanket on the sand and the Sun, deep conversation, and plenty of exploring and travel (especially near water, including hot springs!)

Meet Brian: works renting out homes, self-proclaimed introvert, who loves to socialize (all the time), enjoys doing things he’s never done, practices jujitzu, and has a mule!

Our moms have been friends for years, but we met about 15 years ago. Brian brought Rachel for an airplane ride and she was head over heels in love! We’ve been married for almost 13 years, and have a funny, creative 10-year-old daughter, M, who is incredibly excited to have a sibling in the family soon!

As a family we love to stay active, travel and explore, and whether by camper van, flying, or our own backyard, we always find some unforgettable gems! We also spend a lot of time with both sides of the family as there are 18 cousins of all ages to play with, so it’s always a good time!

We’ve experienced what you’d call secondary infertility. M was born but it’s now been 11 years without more children. Even within the last year we’ve experienced heartbreak so it’s not taken lightly that we are here. This is something we are grateful, excited, and humbled to the experiencing.

Our prayers have been with any mother who has had to make decisions you will be making, And we have a deep respect for choices you will make out of your love for your child.

Our family hopes to visit about how open you’d like adoption to be. We are deeply humbled that you are considering us as a part of your life. We want what is best for you and your precious baby.
